A Biblical Perspective on Mental Health
Let’s be honest: Life can be hard. And the fear, stress, anxiety, and depression we wrestle with can often feel overwhelming. So how do we survive the storms that rage inside of us? Where do we go to find the strength and resilience needed to sustain us in the battle for our mental and emotional well-being?
Those are the questions we want to explore during this series of conversations called “A Biblical Perspective on Mental Health”. The Bible is not silent on our struggles nor does it leave us without answers to our deepest questions and greatest challenges. So then what does Scripture say about this issue? What kind of wisdom, insight, and encouragement does it offer us as we walk through the darkness of life’s valleys? Join us throughout the next four weeks as we search for and together discover the unique, life-changing, soul-strengthening, and heart-healing truths of God’s Word. |
